 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. KRISTINA LYNNE TYLER PHD Comment: Be very careful of this woman. She's a child abusing whack job. She belongs in prison or confined to a state mental institution. Krissy duped David Roger Proulx, erstwhile commissioner of Victorville marsupial menagerie, in to becoming a principal to and accessory of felony child abuse. But for the statute of limitations, their client would of done joint time for felony child abuse. Yet Krissy either concealed felony child abuse from Moron Proulx, or she was too inept to discover it. Regardless, stupidity is not a defense to felony child abuse. Moron Proulx is a weasel who'd attempt to blame Psycho Krissy for his awarding a serially abused child to her abuser whereupon their client continued with her predictable pattern of child abuse. Their client is also good for felony child neglect. It's amazing how the inept and criminal psych cases manage to land jobs where that accord them ability to harm their victims. |
