You will be told what to do by person 1 and then, next month, person 2 will tell you its wrong and give you a strike even though you followed person 1s instructions to the letter. There is no way to win with them and they refuse to work with you at all. The receptionist is very very rude and acts as though she knows everything even though she has no medical training whatsoever. I wouldn't send my dog here much less a human being. |  | 1 Flask Rating for LIGHTHOUSE MEDICAL, LLC Comment: Lighthouse medical office in Windber, pa is of the lowest care possible by any medical facility. They have been through 4 different PAs I the 3 years I've gone there and they never seem to know who the Dr. is a any given time. It is run completely by ?? Nurses, techs and the receptionist, who is beyond rude, has way too much say. My last visit in early June 2016, my urine was , as I was told"dirty". This occurred as I had had surgery only days before and I TOLD THE NURSE I WAS UNSURE WHAT ALL THE ANESTHESIA PEOPLE GAVE ME!!! This was NOT written! Therefore a Doctor is never seen before came in and announced that I could find another clinic . My reply was " no problem as I intended to find a REAL & honest pain clinic as LIGHTHOUSE is always having new staff and they mix up specimens and a multitude of other bad medical practices. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT UTILIZE LIGHTHOUSE MEDICAL!!
