 | 2 Flask Rating for PIRAKMI, INC Comment: On 6/3/2017 I witnessed verbal abuse by a facility employee, to a resident at 102 E. Garland, which is adjacent to and part of the facility of 104 E. Garland. *The incident occurred after I brought some 'FRESH' vegetables (several Large bags of snap beans, a couple of large boxes of corncob-in-hulls and bread) to them from a local food bank. I thought that the food would be appreciated. The bread was soft & fresh but because it had expired dates (equal to what is found in bread thrift stores) the employee hurried to stop my van and began Yelling - NO LEAVE EXPIRED BREAD; WHY YOU BRING EXPIRED BREAD!!! This resulted with most of the food - returned to my van REJECTED! As I removed the food, a facility resident begged the facility employee not to send the food back. At that point the employee Yelled at the resident "go sit down & do NOT speak or interfere!". I said She is a human being & demanded an apology to the resident, which was done. The employee should be reprimanded & trained! |
