 | 1 Flask Rating for ON-SITE RX, INC Comment: My fist time calling this location was Monday May 4th and when I called I first had to dial in many tyuntilbthe line wasn’t busy, then when I finall got through, the technician told me to hold because she needed to transfer me because she was on the register phone. Then I was hung up on. So I called back and got right thru, then as I proced to tell Tiara what I needed and explained to her that I didn’t have all the names of my meds, she went on to tell me that they were busy and didn’t have time to look at my profile! I was in total shock to what the lady was saying to me. I told her that that was unacceptable and unprofessional and they were busy but my request didn’t deserve to be pushed aside as such. When you take over ten meds, it’s not always easy to rent them all. So to make it easier I explained to her that the majority were all filled at the same time, about 8 out of 10. Came to pick up my meds today and experienced the same attitude from the mgr Amber. I want this reported. |
