My experiences with Ms. Todd were the worst experiences I've ever had with a psychological provider. She never seemed empathetic or concerned with my issues and was never prepared for our appointments. She would spend the first 15 minutes catching up on what we had done the previous week. I will never see Ms. Todd again and would strongly encourage anyone I knew to see someone else. If you choose to see her, trust your gut after the first appointment, she won't get any better. Horrible experience.'

I will concur with Ron that Ms. Susan Todd had a horrible bedside manner. She could be passive aggressive at times and confrontational. Surprising for a mental health provider. '
