 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: Had a scheduled appointment at this location on 10/6/18. I arrived to find this location. Is closed on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. Three other people arrived with scheduled appointments while I tried to find a labcorp phone number. Customer service in Itaska had no idea why the system scheduled appointments at this location on a day it was closed. It took 7 phone calls to various labcorp numbers before I got a call back from the lab supervisor, Tammy, on 10/9. Tammy told me they fixed the glitch in the system. I called Tammy back on 10/11 to inform her that the system is still scheduling patients for the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of November and December. She said she would fix it and call the people who were already scheduled for these days. As of 10/31/18 Labcorp has closed all scheduling for Saturdays at this location but has not contacted any of the people who scheduled appointments on 11/3 and 11/17.
