The "nurse" at the front desk was rude, careless and just plain mean. This woman not only yelled at patients but then also refused to see patients if they did not give her a copy of their credit card. She would not tell anyone when their card would be charged nor for how much, just that money would be taken out 'at some point'. There are countless unethical business operations there and I will never return to that lab. There is another Labcorp near by. I suggest that one, something is just not right there and I have never experienced such disgusting behavior and policies as I did at this "medical" office. For goodness sake, they made an elderly woman cry because she didn't feel safe giving them her card without knowing how much they would charge her. It's sad that places like this one are allowed to stay open. |
