Yesterday on Feb. 19th 2015 me and my co-workers (Toyota of Greer) were there for a occupational drug screening. During my visit both women at the window were extremely rude. One of my co workers actually just inquired some information from the front window and was treated as if he was trying to rush the employees. He simply wanted to verify that his paperwork was correct and he was going to eventually be called and not forgotten. She replies back well you are holding me up right now. Basically you could tell they were upset because toyota sent around 8 us of at one time. They mentioned that over and over. As we all waited politely as can be trying to not prolong the process. With the windows closed they purposely made sure we hear them say that if they went to toyota that they would have to wait as well. No one with me was complaining at all. Even once I went to take my drug screening I tried over and over to change her mood by asking if everything going okay and asking about her day. She was very uninterested in carrying a conversation with me and added in once again that toyota should not send that many people. After leaving and coming into my employers workplace the next day I find out that they called to complain about us. Just want to add in the first problem started when she could not read someone's name due to handwriting. She opened her window and screamed out someone is illiterate because I cannot read this name. Very rude for no reason at all. I would appreciate it if a supervisor could just speak to the two ladies that were working there around 2 o clock and let them know that they are at their job and should not treat people as if they are taking drug test for probation. We were all honest men eating a honest living. Also it took no less than a hour and a half for the first people out of our group to actually take their test.
