My wife who is dealing with some distressing health problems was greeted at this lab by a rude, disrespectful and discourteous person at the front desk. She was rude from the beginning but got worse as the following unfolded; My wife was asked for a credit card and assumed it was for a co-pay (we have excellent insurance). After she ran the card she informed us that if if the insurance did not pay it would be deducted (over $2k)from our card. Since it was a debit card my wife handed her a different card to run, my wife said please and thank you. You would have thought she asked the woman (who never gave her name)to hurl herself on a grenade. She huffed, Said the "F" word under her breath and increased her disrepectful attitude toward my wife. This person should be nowhere near the public. Find someone who can greet sick people with a smile or you will lose business. you've lost ours and everyone we can inform.
