 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: I was referred to have a drug screen for a new job. I tried to schedule an appointment on-line, but they require you to list insurance. My screen is paid for by my future employer, so I called to ask about scheduling an appointment. The man who answered was rude, sarcastic and told me to schedule on-line. When I asked how to list payment, his comment was "I can't help you". I finally scheduled an appointment on-line for 10:30. I showed up a few minutes before my appointment and the doors were locked. Another person showed up for lab work as well and banged on the door...no one came. He walked around looking in all of the windows and lights were off and no one was present. I tried calling the phone number and no one answered. About 11:00, my husband was able to get an answer on the phone and was told that there was someone there all along. I went back at 11:05 and was told that she heard someone knock, but when she answered the door, no one was there. I had waited 10 minutes, no one EVER showed up. If someone was there, why were the lights off, no one answered the phone and the doors were locked!? Then instead of getting an apology or explanation, I was lied to. This was the worst customer service I have ever encountered and the hours are NOT at all condusive to anyone who works. 8-11:30, closed noon to 1 and close for the day at 5. I would never recommend this lab and would advise employers to find some place else. This was the worst experience! |
