Barbara Bryan: Your telephone app't making system is totally obnoxious. Although I have good speech it failed to understand the first letter in my last name.'
|
Nancy Goldberg: I spent a half hour trying to make an appointment on line for the 86th St location on the west side and it was impossible. The automated service kept getting my request wrong. I run a business and cannot spend all day making an appointment. I plan to come to the West side lab on the 26th of April at 10 a.m. The automated service gave me first a date today and then one in July- the whole system is ridiculous. I will come in tomorrow and it if I cannot be seen, I will leave and have the doctor do it himself. I noted that this office had a poor reference and I am not surprised. I suffered a problem in my arm after blood work some months ago at that facility. Nancy Goldberg'

Sarnell Ogus: After realizing I had left a package at
the lab when I left my appointment there, I tried to reach a live person to
ask them to please hold on to this package until I could pick it up the next day, but to no avail. I spoke to a recording that asks all kinds of questions,
none of which would ask a human to please secure an important package for me. The recorded voice couldn't have cared less.'
