How to prepare for your laboratory appointment:

I have been using Quest for a long time and I am satisfied with their service. However, only having an automated system, with the inability to speak to a live person is very frustrating. It is sad to become so inpersonel that you cannot speak to anyone and it is all computerized. A sad commentary. '
