All I wanted to do was find out if any Quest location in my area was open during the beginning of a snowstorm. I spent 30 minutes trying to find a number that would give me an actual person to talk to. I cannot go during the work week! This is useless when it comes to "complete" information because the information most definitely is NOT complete! I've gone to Quest before during inclement weather when they've been closed. I didn't want to waste my time today. Thanks for nothing.
