I do not have a verification number for my Thursday appt. I need to reschedule for Friday. The 877 number does not allow me to speak to anyone and the system will not make any changes without the verification number. Is there someone I can speak to? If not please cancel my appt. for Thursday at 9:30, and I will reschedule with another lab.
