How to prepare for your laboratory appointment:

I have spent over 1/2 hour on the phone trying to get through to a live person to ask a simple question. Apparently that is not possible. I think that a local phone number for all labs should be listed. I promise you that I will find a lab that lists local phone numbers so that you can ask questions. I get blood drawn quite frequently and have used Quest several times in the past. It is a shame that I can't do that today.
