Mother had very important lab draw. Lab tecks were very unhelpful. There was only one other person in waiting area. All tecks just sitting around. finally someone faxed the info to request lab kit.
In one week kit not received. Checked to see why. Request not faxed or recieved. This place is very unreliable. Important lab not done on time.'
