 | 1 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - Cary Comment: Arrived at 8:38 am, but no one was at the sign in desk. I waited for about 5 minutes, then rang the service bell that was placed behind the sliding glass window, and all of a sudden the workers voices in the backroom went quiet with no one coming up to the desk to see what I needed as a patient. It wasn't until 9:00 am that a worker came up briefly to pick up a medical form that was filled out with another's personal, medical, and insurance information that was left laid out for anyone to see on the front desk.
