I am an RN. I often draw labs in my clients homes. I have never had any issues with Quest before, I have used multiple locations in Marion and Lake counties. We have had a client in Top of the World for several years. About a year ago the spouse was dropping off a lab draw. He was made very uncomfortable and told he had to be affiliated with agency to drop these off. It was such an issue the client started back going to the lab to get the tests done. Recently the request to do the lab draws in the home came up again. I took the first into this Quest lab on 200. I was treated poorly, made uncomfortable, and disrespected. I can understand how the spouse felt before. I have been an RN for 24 years. This is unacceptable. I will never use that lab again. And it was very shabby looking not professional at all.
