Dont go to this lab at all. They don't know anything. They screwed up for my daughters very important time sensitive test and asking me to go again. Staff is not friendly at all. When I was there one day I hear staff fighting and screaming on each other I wondered what will they do to the patient.
When I was sitting there saw many patient complaining and one of them said they screwed up in taking blood because the technician was doing it first time.
DONT GO THERE EVER'
Terrible customer service skills ,, i called for 2 days to get info on what it would cast me for blood work and nobody returned my call,,, then went there in person with cash ,, oh we cant take cash,, how would i have known no-one ever called me back,, we cant give u prices over the ohone ,, what crap,, so why didnt u give me the common curtesy and return my call to tell me that and give me the other in fo i needed as how to pay when i come,,, oh sorry sorry i dont know ,, wasted my morning im pissed,, u guys sukkkkkkkkkk...'
I have had multiple CBC,&CMP blood tests done there for 3 years & never had a problem at all. Staff, & technicians were very polite & courteous as I hate needles so it seems out of the hundreds of people I've known to have gone there in 3years only the 2 people above had a problem. No they do not accept cash as your physician gives you the order & then pay your physician which is then cheaper for the patient. Common sense.
