I know what some people would say about Quest. They would say there are long wait times and it is crowded. That may be true..but let me tell you about Betty...the lady who took my daughter's blood today. While Betty was taking Rachel's blood, Rachel fainted - passed out cold, eyes wide open, cold, clammy...horrible and scary. Betty never skipped a beat. She kept me (the mom) calm. She told me what to do. She got Rachel ice and Gatorade. Aside from that she never left Rachel's side. She held her hand. She was amazing! Sometimes we don't know how good people are until there is a crisis - and Betty was incredible in a crisis. She was caring and kind. She was everything you would hope for if this happened to your child. Betty was our rock star today - and it would be great if she was recognized for being the incredible professional that she is!
The front desk personnel was very rude and didn't know how to talk to customers with good manners. Not to mention that they were unprofessional in regards to their grooming and attire. I will never go back.
