I left a message Monday 12/26 and yes they were closed but I should have had a call back Tue am - I did not so I called Cust Serv - they said they were busy and could not check if my Dr. sent in an order for two tests - said they would call me back that day - they did not - now I am looking at Wed and not knowing how long it will take just to find if the orders are there then make an appt and have the blood tests. I like to go there because my Dr. Office is 40 minutes away - I'm beginning to think the 40 minute drive would be easier. You need to have more than one person in the office - money aside - you cannot ask one person to answer all the calls, draw the blood and take care of walk in customers - let Management see if they could do it!!! I feel sorry for the employees and myself.
Dissatsified customer and probably not the only one.
