Front desk women rude to everyone, after waiting 45 minutes and copying insurance card was told..they could t find my paperwork. Doctors office sent it to them 10 days ago! She made no effort to look beyond her lap for anything. Front desk women also treated the elderly horribly..they would be ashamed'
