carol ann del vecchio:
I had my blood drawn on Nov. 30th 2011 by a phlebotimist named Maval at the Thousand Oaks location. On returning home my arm where she drew the blood became black with lines of trickling blood. It has been almost 6 months and my arm still aches almost daily and there is a lump. My doctor commented I had a hematoma and nothing could be done about it so I guess I will have to live with an aching arm and a lump. I will comment that her supervisor Josh at the Simi Valley facility was very concerned and took pictures and said she would be re-trained and monitored.
