 | 1 Flask Rating for Shiel Medical Laboratory - Astoria Comment: I've been there twice and both times the young lady said they were not "allowed" to draw this blood for this test at this lab. I was having basic bloodwork done. She seemed overwhelmed and directed me to Quest Labs where I have never been denied. She said there was some sort of new rule in NYS. Quite frankly she just didn't want to do it.
