The female pharmacist saidshe "wouldn't fill the perscription because she didn't approve of the Dr.'s script" my friend said "well my Dr."of 5 years" wrote it as always and please call him if you have a problem." She (pharmacist) wouldn't fill it, but my friend had others to pay for, they also refused the money order from her bank, after watching her write it to them. Iused my card in the store earlier that day, no problem, but the male pharmacist made a 'big' deal out of making me pull out id's,as I was already turning to walk away. I wasn't ID'd up front 1 hour before that. Frustrated, we had waited way over an hour, and I said bull s---, and he way overreacted in front of many customers. As we were leaving she checked her med bottles and had been shorted 25 pills of lexapro, which happens when the pharmacy is short,altho they didn't tell her, so she went back, yet again since they had not marked the bottle. This was way over an hour and half.We had planned on doing some Christmas shopping(why she had the money order)but we couldn't because the male pharmacist had refused the money order she made to them, and no time to spare, because we had to go run to the bank and 3 more stores. It was a very legit MO straight from the bank. Thank God the bank took it back, after stopping 2 other stores that was out of the medicine we went to Walmart, they filled her prescription without cause, and we did our xmas shopping while I was in town. I shop at K Mart in Paduch where I live and it's clean,friendlier, & they're items are marked and match the prices,many of which yours ore not. She has been getting all her presciptions at K mart a long time, some being in the hundreds of dollars, and now she is going to probably change to another pharmacy. This isn't about all K mart's we both like shopping at Kmart other [places.) You had the medicine, but we had to go to 3 other places, and a bank, costing us a little over $50 for traveling expenses, What should have been a one stop shopping trip took hours and money for having to run to a bank and 3 stores. I wrote this on her request, as she doesn't have a computer. If you wish to contact her you can do so through my e-mail. This is how I spent my day away from home in Nashville. It was not fun, because of your employees.Please forgive me for being so negative, but we felt you should know. I am still an avid K Mart shopper. |
