While I wait and wait and wait in line By-My-Self the three people working behind the counter was hmmm "gossiping" since they did not greet me until I "execuse-me" twice in 20 min. By the time one of the worker approach me she goes, "what do you need?" I told her I got an automated voicemail saidmy prescription is done so I'm here to pick up and pais for AND when I called in to get my presciption refil, I informed whoever that picked up the phone I have new health INS n the lady on the phone said to just bring my INS card so here I am. She took my INS card and was like, "suppose to provide this when u called in, come back in a few hours." Then she walks away, didn't bother to wait for my reply n by the way, they got a sign post said PRESCRIPTION REFIL 1HR. Not only dis they not inform customer what they need to bring or WHEN to provide insurance card THEN |
