 | 1 Flask Rating for WAL-MART PHARMACY #10-2508 Comment: This Walmart has the worst pharmacy customer service I have EVER received! Even if your doctor calls the prescription in 2 days before, the pharmacy waits to fill it until you come to the store and ask to pick it up. At that point they will tell you it's a 45-minute wait. After 45 minutes, you will be told it's only another 10-15 minutes. Sometimes I've been told that twice!! I waited 1 1/2 hours (on more than one occasion) for a prescription that had been called in days earlier. They are also rude and unhelpful. Oh--and after waiting 1 1/2 hours, when I had a complete fit and they said it would finally be ready--I stood and watched them fill the entire order in 3 minutes. They hadn't even started on it in that previous 90 minutes. Yes, I'm ticked!!! |
