I have had 2 instances where my insurance was not verified to verify my co-pay and I have a new policy #, which I gave them and they didn't take the time to call up and find out what I was to pay or anything! I called today to make a complaint and had to Force a girl named Yolanda to call BCBS and verify my information. She had a very nasty attitude and she has waited on me before! I now have the correct info but, had to fight to get it! I work for a very public company who's customer service is taken very seriously and we are all held accountable for how we treat our customers! You need to be too! |
