 | 1 Flask Rating for CVS PHARMACY #01335 Comment: Yesterday, April 27, 2018, I was in Washington DC headed to a meeting. I stopped at this CVS store, to grab some mints and some nail glue because I had lost a nail. As I headed into the store I realized I had to go to the bathroom. There are times when it quickly becomes an emergency. This was one of those times. I went back to the back, did not see a restroom. I asked the lady behind pharmacy counter. She told me it was locked and I must go up front and ask them to let me in. I did that. The girl up front said she couldn’t leave the register. I told her it was an emergency. She called the manager and started whispering into the phone, then told me the manager said I could not use the bathroom. They had no public restrooms. I was so embarrassed about my situation and was dumbfounded that I had to keep explaining it was an emergency in front of other customers. I had to quickly leave the store as I was in dire straits.
