Athletic Trainer:
Is a certified, professional that practices in the area of sports medicine. This training includes the prevention, diagnosis and intervention of emergency, acute and chronic medical conditions that result in impairment and disabilities. An Athletic Trainer works closely with a group of health professionals.
Audiology Assistant:
Reports to the director of student services and under the direction of the audiologist can conduct first level screening tests of children. Some duties include preparing and implementing yearly screening schedules for hearing tests. Another is to maintain records and forms, along with other important documents.
Rehabilitation, Blind:
This healthcare service provides services to people with different degrees of visual impairment. This ranges from people the can't read normal print to those that are blind. The idea is to help the patient achieve the highest quality of life possible.
