 | 2 Flask Rating for RJH COURIERS LLC Comment: I was left stranded at an appointment by one of your drivers yesterday 12/ 1/ 2016. I was dropped off at Henry Ford Hospital on W. Gr Blvd. Your driver picked me at home and dropped me off. When I called for him to pick me up he didn't even remember dropping me off, he asked me to hold on and never came back on the line. I called my provider, Meridian, and they were unable to contact anyone in your dispatch office. I called this driver 6 times and was unable to contact him. I had to wait until my daughter was off work and called her to pick me up. I just had back surgery and I was using a walker, I was not able to stand and catch the bus or hail a cab. This young man was so irresponsible, to leave me stranded without transportation home. |
