 | 1 Flask Rating for EYE CARE CENTER OF LAKE COUNTY, LTD Comment: Doctor Crawford is a fantastic doctor but all the staff.. especially the record lady (Anne) are very irresponsible and unorganized. I always wear contact lenses and a year ago they didn't file the record for my contact lens exam... and when I was needed to buy new ones I was not able to do so. I decided it was enough and moved to another practice. At the moment (July) I asked for my records... after approx 4 months they didn't send anything.. I called several times and then they told me that I was supposed to file a formal petition (that they never told me about it)... I filled it.. and send it in december.. and it is February and I still do not have it... Called again and they said they tried to contact me and they were not able to do it.. so they destroyed everything and if I want the record I need to file another petition...
