 | 1 Flask Rating for PRISMA HEALTH-MIDLANDS Comment: I went here for a cracked tooth and was held on the the phone line for almost 30 minutes before getting and appointment. I finally go to the office and get a consultation and they tell what I need done. I have been calling for 3 days to get someone to pick up the phone to see when my next appointment and can get no answer. I have left 2 messages for someone to return my call and no one has called yet. A hospital setting and they not returning calls. I think that is just so unprofessional. I said if they did not want to fix my teeth just say so and I will find another dentist to do this. I couldn't believe how I can get in touch with them. It is ridiculous. They did my cleaning for me on Monday but guess what I bet I will get a bill in the mail for what they have done right!! |
