 | 5 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - Allenmore Comment: I checked this website today to see if Quest performed MRIs, which apparently do not, however I used this facility two years ago while visitng family in Tacoma and found the staff to be highly professional and extremely courteous. I tried then to leave positive feedback using the phone number given me by their receptionist but kept getting a message to complete a questionnaire which didn't allow me to specifically praise the receptionist who was so kind and deserving of praise, however I thought it necessary to do so today. |  | 1 Flask Rating for Quest Diagnostics - Allenmore Comment: Horrible customer service - the two women at this location were incredibly rude and unprofessional.
