Asked about setting appointment on way out after seeing doctor who ordered routine labs, told to set appointment on the website (in a tone that implied that giving this information was terribly inconvenient for the person at the front). Set appointment on website for a Saturday (since I work full time during the week) at the first available time which was 10:30 and also had to fast for it. Arrived early for appointment and was told very rudely they were closing. Explained I had an appointment, showed screenshot of confirmation from the website as was instructed, explained labwork requested by doctor, person huffed and puffed and said to hang on. Eventually came back and everything was done but both people there were extremely rude, did not give clear instructions/explain anything and acted as if doing their job was a tremendous aggravation. Hope I never have to use this facility again! Utterly ridiculous treatment of patients. |  | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: I just had the worst experience of my life. The so called lab tech did not even know how to draw my blood. She was suppose to get 3 tubes, was only able to get 1 1/2 tubes. When she took the needle out my blood went everywhere. Then she took a pad wiped my arm then the arm of the chair and then my arm again.
