 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: Worst customer service -- Kay D does not care about patients. Here's what happened. I've had diarrhea since a week before Thanksgiving. After two weeks, I went to Urgent Care and they sent me to the Labcorp in Parker. They wanted four tests run. Kay D said they didn't do the C difficile. Thing is, they do. It was coded wrong. Kay D had no sympathy for the pain I've been going through. She was snooty, didn't care to learn about me as a patient, and wouldn't call to clarify about the test -- not even when I asked her to. Let me emphasize this: she did NOT care. My question for her: Kay D, if you did not want to help people, then why did you take the job you have? I called the Urgent Care and they even asked her why she didn't just change the coding or call them to clarify. Because she didn't give me the tube for the C difficile test. The other tests came back negative. Because they didn't do the C difficile, I have to spend ANOTHER two weeks getting the tests results back. |
