 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: I do not recommend Lab Corps!!! This is NOT a professional organization. Three weeks ago I made an online appointment for routine blood work at the 110th Street lab in Overland Park, KS, complete with confirmation number. Plus right after I made the appointment, I also talked to a tech at that specific location. I thought I was all set. Yet when I arrived this morning for the appt, the lab was literally shut down, closed indefinitely due to construction. I received ZERO contact about this, and they had my phone number/text and email address and 3 weeks to let me know. This is no way to do business!! I'm going to tell as many people as I can to use Quest instead. I've used Quest 5-6 times in the past and never had one bad experience. I'm sorry I even tried Lab Corps. Not worth your time. One star is too many. |
