 | 2 Flask Rating for SMITHS PHARMACY #355 Comment: I called southwest medical associates to get a refill on my Brilinta. They called it over to Smith's and said I could pick it up in two hours. I waited a day because the last time I went to pick up a refill they told me it wasn't ready. Wasted Trip. I called back today before I headed over there and they told me they were out of stock and it would take a day until their shipment came in. This is my heart medication, which I was down to 1 tab and I have to take twice a day. They could have picked up the phone and told me about the delay, giving me the option of finding it in time someplace else. They didn't care. This type of behavior is unacceptable. The one girl screwed up my orders in the past and I had recently tried to pick times someone else would be working. Their notification system is no - existent. The haven't notified me of an automatic refill yet.
