Comment: Good Night Medical of Washington, have been very dishonest with me. They charged me 'special fee' (quoted $25, which turned out to be $37.50 visa charge) for mask upgrade saying that the insurance will no longer pay for ResMed mask, after they 1st shipped me a very cheep mask made in China (a mask I would not accept and returned). I later discovered from my EOB that they are "out of network", after I was assured by GNM they were 'In Network" with my carrier BCBS. This is a dirty scam. They never contacted BCBS. The 'uplift' charge was a separate transaction and never submitted BCBS. I will never do business with GNM again.
