I truly don't know where we would be without the incredible care of Amanda Lowry Fitzgerald! NP Fitzgerald was professional, knowledgeable, attentive and wonderful to work with. More importantly, she was beyond caring, concerned and made me feel like my son was her only patient. She took her time and just listened to him, enabling him to figure out to communicate his confusing emotions. She understood how difficult it can be to communicate things that you don't understand yourself. Amanda and her staff were personal, friendly and go out of their way to create an atmosphere that feels SAFE. It's possible that we were one of those high maintenance patients but this office always treated us with unwavering dignity and patience that I am really grateful for. |
