She called my child a liar and told us that he needed to lose weight! I wouldnt nrecommend ever using her. We set a time the following day to have a conversation after we have time to thoroughly audit her website, social platforms, online citations, and reviews. The next day our conversation was decent, our focus was on rebranding her business, creating a new image, collecting new reviews, and taking a customer service approach to her practice. Rebecca listened to our suggestions, inquired about pricing, then asked if we offered additional services. she grew more and more angry with us because we would not be able to assist her in removing the reviews from the past. Rebecca demanded to speak to the owner, when he told her the same information she got enraged and ended the phone conversation. She then proceeded to go online about 2 weeks later from several profiles and leave bad reviews. I would like to apologize for, and explain the 1 star reviews found on this page. These negative reviews, thus far, are from one single person. Either this person has created numerous pseudonyms/accounts or has talked other people in to leaving these negative comments. This individual has been stalking and harassing both myself and a local Psychologist in the area after a legal situation where their deep levels of manipulation and volatile behaviors were brought to the surface. This individual continues to go after the professionals that were involved in their legal case through vindictive and harassing measures. Please know, I am open to honest negative feedback, and if any of these negative reviews were from real clients I would be genuinely concerned and would work in every way to mitigate the issues that came up in therapy and work to improve myself in whatever way possible. |  | 1 Flask Rating for REBECCA MITCHELL COUNSELING Comment: Would NOT recommend |
