I had a COVID-19 test that was sent on 12/24/21 to Avantic Lab and as of today (12-days later) I SM DTILL WAITING FOR RESULTS. I have placed numerous calls and the phone just ring and ring, I have rmsiled and no reply gets answered. I finally spoke to someone after calling constantly and the answer I received was “that they have too many patients” and results are not ready 12-days later and they have no idea when they will be ready. NO ONE HAS EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE YET. |  | 1 Flask Rating for AVANTIC MEDICAL LAB Comment: We had our pcr test for travel Dec18 & was promised the result after 24hrs..our travel date was Dec 21 @1am.results should be within 72 hrs b4 flight.after stressfully following up the results after so many long ringings & droppings of calls we were promised the results will be out b4 our flight..so on Monday Dec 20 we were desperate & cant trust them anymore we had our pcr test again in Jersey city in late afternoon & got the results after an hour after paying $300 each for me & my husband..we then rushed to jfk airport checking our email for the result from the Avantic lab but never came until we boarded our flight..the results came several hours after we arrived in our country..What a BS right? They should not accept or promise if they cant comply esp if it is for travel with only 72hrs required to be valid for travel..DONT GO TO THIS LAB! GO TO URGENT MEDICAL LAB IN JERSEY CITY FOR A 1 HR RESULT..Quite expensive but worth it or u cant get it in time for ur flight.😕 |
