How do I sign up for prescription service? Should I call you during regular business hours or is there a way to do this online?'
Why can I not find info for orders in process ( Invoice #10318411 took 4 wks to fill )or place reorders on line thru your website which is only designed to sign up members. We need information on orders, not how great your directors are.'

This company is totally incompetent. They took over two months to fill the initial order sent to them by my spouse and myself. Then, three weeks after sending in our first reorder, they stated that they had no record of our orders. I had to wrangle with various of their incompetent employees for over two hours on the telephone just to get them to send our medications out right away since both she and I were out of certain prescriptions. When the order arrived, both she and I were missing a prescription. I can't wait to get to the next enrollment period so that we can get away from this terrible, incompetent company.'
So far no good! I feel I am back at my desk at IBM in Boca Raton, Florida helping 8900+ employees with their benefit problems.
Just maybe -- they may understand I need my meds being an open-heart surgery survivor and also survivor of 5 other ops.'
