Told me to my face they were normal after being hospitalized not realizing people get results through quest imaging accounts. The following day they came and it showed severly high abnormal glucose ect, what had led to my heart needing to be stabilized for 2 days before emergency surgery. All he wanted to do was scold me for a message I sent through the portal. He can read those but not labs. He also believes river city medical is called greenhaven and laughed at me, the worst part was him saying let this be a lesson to you, meaning my hospitalization and almost dying was my fault not his. It was the most disgusting and bizarre experience, this was supposed to be a follow up after my surgery but he just kept asking why I was there 3 times in fact. Dr. Forde bills it as though I'm seeing him just to let you all know it's all a fraud! Stay away! |  | 1 Flask Rating for GODWIN OKUNGBOWA Comment: This man should not be practicing! He is impossible to communicate with. I went in to see him as a follow up after a hospital stay with pneumonia. He never even assessed my lungs. I needed to go over my options for blood pressure meds and he just wanted to give me what I had taken in the past. No discussion. He became angry when ever I asked him a question. I needed Information but he would not give me any. I asked how my heart rate would be affected by the med and he said, "I don't know. Everybody is different". That was his stock answer to every question. How about a little information? He would not go over lab results with me. He refused. He literally refused. He told me to go up to the front desk and get them. What kind of health care provider does this? I feel sorry for the people who don't know any better or have no choice but to see this incompetent man. Fucking Quack!!! |  | 1 Flask Rating for GODWIN OKUNGBOWA Comment: I don't understand how this PA is practicing medicine. He believes he knows everything but his reasoning is plain stupid and ignorant. For example, I asked for a mammogram because I was due for one 9 months ago. He said that his notes doesn't say I need one. Keep in mind that I'm 44 and I need one every year. I showed him the letter I got from the lab stating that I'm due for a mammogram. He read it and still didn't give me a referral. He said "well that letter is from last year". Yes, I missed it because he didn't send me a referral for one and now that I'm asking in person-he won't give it me because "it's not in his notes". Like there is no way to find out, just a few keystrokes on the computer should have verified that I needed one. Do not go to this doctor if you are a rational, intelligent person because he will not understand you. He will deny you the care you need because he doesn’t like giving referrals. He thinks he knows everything and is capable of doing anything. |
