 | 1 Flask Rating for THEO MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY, LLC Comment: Sadly I would not recommend the office located on Hunt Club, Apopka. The staff seems confused and the two visits we had, the dr was VERY late. An explanation given at the time, but a very unacceptable one! A follow-up visit that consisted of only 5 mins. was deemed "no charge" by the dr, and apparently not "written" on the file, became a non-payment issue for me 3 months later. The billing company along with the local staff, did not return my phone calls. (Which did not surprise me. As my first visit, required a test, my insurance required more info. A return call was never made and I in turn cancelled my appointment. ), Today, I was told that the dr was late because she was in with a patient. We waited an hour and half..... We were already present at the office and were told every few minutes the dr was on her way. If we had not shown for the appointment, we would have been charged for the dr visit. I believe this location has many issues yet to be resolved. |
