When filling out new patient forms there's a comment stating that if your not serious about the procedure DON'T WASTE THE DOCTORS TIME. I'm ok with this kind of statement as long as the same respect is returned to me. On my very first appointment which was at 4:00pm I was told that there would be a wait, I asked how long and was told about thirty minutes or more. I than said that I'll have to reschedule. Whwn I made the comment that if I schedule a time I expected to see the Doc with-in fifteen minutes, the comment was made that wouldn't happen in this office or with this Doctor. Seems to me that this office expects you to always wait on the Doctor with no regards to your time. Maybe the patients should start demanding a discount of 5% for every thirty minutes they have to wait on the Doctor or do what I did and just walk out. These Doctors think we owe them where in truth we're the ones paying their bills We the patients are the ones who deserve the utmost repect from the medicial field'
I visited your clinic because of bone on bone knees and at that time i didnt have my insurance i needed in addition to medicare. I now have both but am hesitant about returning to your office becauise the other day i took my mother to get her hair done and there was a lady that worked there who was in ascrutiating pain who had had her fifth injection and whe said she taled to the people who had had this done at your office and she knew of no one these injections had helped'
With the up coming changes to the teacher health insurance(I am retired). Do you all have any idea of how much will be covered with the knee injections?? I have had them 3 different times over the past 7 years and they worked GREAT. The problem this year was that I had to come up with 1750 dollars compaired to only paying 50 dollars per shot the years befor. I want the shots but 1750 is to much at least till the end of 2014. HELP.'
