 | 1 Flask Rating for MR. ZACHARY O WALDON PA Comment: Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor in over 24 years of taking my kids to urgent cares, emergency rooms, and for routine visits. He was rude, presumptuous, and dismissive. Took my daughter in to be seen for a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, and sinus pressure. Because I started the visit by saying I was pretty sure it was not strep throat (due to the fact that none of my kids have EVER had strep throat and I therefore think they are immune to it), he must have assumed I was telling him how to do his job. He became immediately defensive. He examined her and left the room. We thought he was checking on test results and would be back with test results and treatment plans. Instead, an aide brought in our discharge papers. When I asked to see him because I had multiple questions (how long will she be contagious, how do I treat this at home, can you provide the name/number of a recommended follow-up doctor, etc.), he became argumentative and rude. He also had made assumptions about my statements and therefore figured he did not need to explain anything to me. I don't know why he thought I was at a doctor's office then. So rude and uninformative that I wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE. |
