 | 1 Flask Rating for LabCorp Patient Service Center Comment: From the moment I was "greeted" by the front desk woman, Sylvia I believe was her name, I was very impressed by the aggressive behavior of the staff towards patients. From being cutoff while speaking, not being looked at while being spoken to, to arguing with patients, slamming of doors and overhearing complaining by the staff and loud sighs of exacerbation when they did ANYTHING, it set the tone that these people HATE working with the general public and their jobs overall. As someone who has worked in many facets of healthcare over the past 18 years I am appalled. Whoever is in charge of the facility needs to truly evaluate the staff and place a huge emphasis on customer service training as they are LACKING in every regard. March 25, 2015 |
