While I understand the apparent complexity of noting in their computer the refill information given over the phone and verified over the phone that it is available, it nevertheless boggles the mind that they can be so incompetent to still fail to have the prescriptions ready (after verbally assuring that they would be) when I wait in the customary line for 20-25 minutes for the 1 cashier to tell me that there was a problem and I would have to return again (after a forty minute drive to get there in the first place). CVS and Walgreens have become more attractive to the extent that my time is worth more than the discounted prices. |
