 | 1 Flask Rating for DR. JEREMY B. HERTZA PSY.D Comment: Worst experience with a healthcare provider...EVER! Testing was administered without responding to questions and without authorization. Subsequently, the results were held hostage pending payment of a $1200 charge we were told would be covered by insurance. Not only did we not receive the report of findings promised by Dr. Hertza, we have also not been reimbursed by insurance because neither Dr. Hertza nor his office manager will provide the Tax ID Number required to submit the request. Dr. Hertza told us he was a 'pretty transparent guy."
